2. Print, fill out and sign the Registration Form.

You can scan and email your completed form back to us at Learn@TrainMyDogs.com
or mail your form with your payment to the address on the Registration Form.
3. Payment is required to secure your spot in the class.
You are welcome to pay online via paypal - Class Store
or send payment to the address on the Registration Form.
4. You will receive an email to confirm your reservation.
Refund Policy: If you cancel 7 or more days before the start date of the class you will receive a full refund. Otherwise there will be a $35 cancellation fee for having held your space. There are no refunds after the first class.
Refunds that are issued will be returned within 30 days of request.
